Art Director for Creative Agency in Al-Khor, Egypt We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director to join our team at a leading creative agency in Al-Khor, Egypt. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic direction and visual aesthetic of various projects, including advertising campaigns, branding initiatives, and website design. You must have a strong background in graphic design and possess excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team of designers and artists. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative concepts for advertising campaigns, branding initiatives, and website design projects Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity and vision Lead a team of designers and artists to ensure high-quality deliverables Stay up-to-date with current design trends and techniques Review final designs to ensure they meet client requirements and brand standards Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency setting Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas confidently to clients Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team Ability to work efficiently under pressure without compromising quality Fluent English speaker with strong writing skills Egyptian nationality preferred We offer
