Job Overview
Assistant Director of Admissions and Marketing for EMBA and IBP Dubai, McDonough School of Business — Georgetown University. The Assistant Director supports all activities related to recruitment, marketing, and admissions for the EMBA Dubai and IBP Dubai programs to meet enrollment goals. The role partners with internal marketing teams on the Graduate & Executive Degree Programs team and central MarComm, as well as external marketing firms, to support marketing efforts including paid advertising campaigns.

This position reports to the Director of Admissions and Business Development and interacts with prospective and enrolling students to provide information in a professional and persuasive manner. It also coordinates with the Academic Directors of the EMBA Dubai and IBP Dubai programs, the Associate Dean of Graduate and Executive Degree Programs Admissions on recruitment, admissions, and marketing for the Dubai-based programs, and the internal marketing communications team. The role may involve managing outside vendors (e.g., catering, marketing vendors) and coordinating with Georgetown University departments such as program operations and marketing and communications. It is essential to be professional and knowledgeable about the McDonough School of Business offerings to guide prospects during their exploratory journey.

The anticipated salary range is $47,586.00 – $87,558.13, depending on qualifications and experience.
Compensation is determined by several factors including the candidate’s qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and the University’s business needs.
