Assistant Jat Supervisor - VIP Farm

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Assistant JAT Supervisor to support and oversee daily agricultural operations of our client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing daily agricultural activities, including:

• Planting
• Pruning
• Grafting
• Irrigation
• Harvesting

Support the supervisor in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Monitor crop maintenance and assist in maintaining healthy and productive crops.

Ensure agricultural activities are carried out in accordance with established safety, quality, and operational procedures .

Assist in coordinating farm workers and daily tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in agriculture, farming, horticulture, or crop production
• Knowledge of planting, pruning, grafting, irrigation, and harvesting techniques
• Ability to supervise and coordinate daily agricultural activities
• Strong understanding of safety and quality procedures
• Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor farm environment

Salary: AED 5,500 plus free accommodation.
