Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at our New Delhi Chanakyapuri location. This role involves overseeing daily showroom operations, supporting senior management in achieving sales targets, and ensuring a premium customer experience aligned with the brand’s standards. The Assistant Manager will supervise staff scheduling, workflow, and performance, coordinate visual merchandising and inventory management, and assist in resolving customer queries or service issues. The role also includes maintaining operational compliance, generating reports and insights for management, and collaborating with internal teams on promotional activities and process improvements.
