We are looking for an experienced Events Assistant Manager to join AURA - SKYPOOL. Our selection of international menu includes poolside favorites and signature creations, designed to be enjoyed throughout the lounge. Embark on a culinary journey above the city at AURA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of private and corporate events, including luxury weddings and brand/product launches.
- Act as a key point of contact for HNW and corporate clients throughout the planning process, ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience.
- Coordinate with clients' event, brand, or PR teams to align on event requirements, branding, and sensitivities.
- Manage event logistics across F&B, floor, bar, AV/production, and external vendors.
- Prepare event proposals, run-of-show documents, and floor plans tailored to each client's requirements.
- Oversee on-site event execution, managing timelines and troubleshooting issues in real time.
- Support budgeting, costing, and post-event reporting for each event.
- Maintain relationships with luxury vendors, planners, and agencies to support future bookings.
- Ensure all events meet AURA's brand and service standards, alongside any client-specific brand requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3-4 years' events experience, ideally as a Senior Events Executive or equivalent within luxury hotels or premium hospitality venues.
- Proven experience managing high-profile corporate clients (e.g., luxury/fashion brands) and/or luxury weddings — single-client, high-touch event experience strongly preferred over high-volume event coordination alone.
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills, with the discretion and polish required for HNW and corporate accounts.
- Experience coordinating with external brand, PR, or production teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, comfortable managing multiple events at different planning stages simultaneously.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages an advantage given the clientele.
- Flexible to work event-driven schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
