We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Columbus, OH to coordinate online marketing initiatives, support campaign execution, and help strengthen brand visibility across digital channels.

You’ll work with the wider marketing team to develop content, research audiences, monitor campaign activity, and identify opportunities to improve engagement. This role would suit someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking and enjoys turning marketing ideas into practical action.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across relevant online channels.
• Assist with planning and publishing website, email, and social media content.
• Support search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) activities.
• Research target audiences, competitors, keywords, and digital marketing trends.
• Monitor campaign performance and help prepare reports on engagement and results.
• Review website traffic and campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help maintain consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.
• Assist with email marketing, promotional content, and online communications.
• Coordinate campaign schedules, materials, and deliverables with internal teams.
• Maintain content calendars, campaign records, and performance updates.
• Contribute ideas to improve audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Stay informed about digital marketing tools, platform updates, and emerging trends.
