Your Responsibilities
- Lead the daily running of your restaurant, delivering a flawless and personalised guest experience at every touchpoint
- Inspire, coach and develop the service team to achieve daily goals and targets
- Work closely with the culinary and beverage teams to keep standards consistently exceptional
- Drive revenue through smart upselling, strong product knowledge and effective promotional activity
- Manage rosters, stock, costs and operational reporting with precision
- Handle guest feedback with warmth and confidence, turning every moment into loyalty
About You
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment
- A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, with an eye for detail
- Calm and professional under pressure, with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
