Assistant Sales Manager

Sales planning and delivery

Prepare the annual sales plan for the assigned territory and break it into quarterly andmonthly objectives to achieve targets Set country-specific sales targets and plans in coordination with local distributors reflectingprevailing market conditions Maintain and grow sales in existing markets while developing new ones

Market development and strategy

Conduct market research and marketing studies for the assigned markets Identify new business opportunities and market requirements in each country and supportthe development of new bottle designs accordingly Prepare strategic marketing plans for each country and ensure effective implementationthrough direct customer engagement appointment of agents or both Adapt marketing plans with local distributors to meet each country s requirements

Pricing and commercial negotiation

Provide timely and accurate pricing strategies for each country to maximise profitability Prepare and issue quotations and lead price negotiations with customers

Customer management

Respond to customer inquiries and manage business correspondence Handle customer complaints related to sales and service coordinating with the relevantdepartments for resolution Monitor customer preferences and market trends to identify sales opportunities Collect customer feedback and market intelligence and report findings to the Sales Marketing Manager

Order fulfilment and collections

Coordinate with the Logistics Department to monitor product dispatches and deliveries Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure collections are made within approved creditterms and due dates

Reporting and compliance

Monitor analyse and report sales performance review operational records and reports toforecast and project sales Provide timely feedback and business forecasts to management on market and salesperformance Adhere to company policies procedures and business ethics standards and ensurecompliance within the team Perform any other duties assigned by management related to sales and businessdevelopment

Filipino national, currently based in Dubai.

• Degree in Sales, Pharmacy or a science discipline.
• 3–4 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in pharmaceutical, packaging or other B2Bmanufacturing environments.
• Working knowledge of, and network in, the Philippines and wider Far East Asian markets;experience managing distributors or agents is an advantage.
• Strong skills in quotations, pricing, negotiation and receivables follow-up.
• Analytical, with the ability to prepare sales plans, forecasts and performance reports.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken; fluency in Filipino is an advantage.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented and comfortable working with logistics, finance and productionteams
