Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Cleaning and Preparation
- - Assist with morning cleaning activities to ensure the restaurant is ready for service.
- - Maintain a clean, organized and fresh dining environment.
- - Clean all service utensils before each service period.
- - Help the Captain Waiter prepare and arrange the restaurant dining area.
- - Assist with mise en place preparation, ensuring that required service items are available and properly arranged.

Food and Beverage Service
- - Transport prepared food from the kitchen to the dining hall.

Table Clearing and Service Area Maintenance
