Our client, a top plaintiff's sex abuse and civil rights litigation law firm seeks an associate attorney with 1 to 4 years of litigation experience to join their very busy practice. Great opportunity to work on interesting, newsworthy and timely cases.
Candidates with personal injury (plaintiff's), federal clerkship, and DA experience especially encouraged to apply.
Will manage caseload, take and defend depos, handle motion practice and court appearances.
Generous salary, bonus, partnership track.
Should have strong interest in advocacy work/ and in subject matter.
Will also consider "big law" attorneys looking to segue into plaintiff's litigation.
Firm is hybrid/remote- 1 day out/4 days in.
