Innovative Driven is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the team at one of our award-winning law firm clients. This is an amazing opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm and well-respected leader in healthcare law.
This is a full time, hybrid position with three days onsite at the office in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and representation to healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing facilities, product manufactures, and medical centers.
- Collaborate with attorneys to manage cases through the litigation lifecycle.
- Research legal issues and medical topics.
- Develop case strategy and conduct depositions.
- Prepare and file briefs, motions, and other judicial pleadings.
- Evaluate medical records and facilitate the discovery process.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Washington.
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ProLaw.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, or insurance defense is preferred.
