Support contract proposals, including bidding, negotiation, definitization, and start-up processes. Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with the QEAF customer, providing regular program updates and coordinating expectations with OCONUS and CONUS teams.
Ensure subcontractor commitments meet financial, technical, and schedule requirements, escalating issues to the CONUS Program Manager as needed.
Collaborate with internal functions, such as MRAD, Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality, to enhance program success. Manage subcontractor lifecycle deliverables and support customer program reviews and visits.
