Job Title:

Associate - Talent Growth Hub

Job Purpose :

To support the development and readiness of Emirati employees who are not yet allocated to a specific function by completing structured training, participating in cross-functional exposure, and preparing for successful placement within suitable departments. The role focuses on building foundational business knowledge, improving professional skills, and ensuring a smooth transition into departmental roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• 1. Complete all mandatory and role-specific training within the required timeline.
• 2. Attend and actively participate in all scheduled training sessions during the onboarding and training period.
• 3. Participate in cross-functional job shadowing across different departments to gain practical business exposure.
• 4. Prepare and submit shadowing summaries or learning reports after each assigned session.
• 5. Achieve the required score in post-training assessments and evaluations.
• 6. Participate in knowledge-sharing or peer-learning sessions during the training period.
• 7. Demonstrate readiness for department placement through attendance, engagement, assessment results, and supervisor feedback.
• 8. Maintain professional behavior, punctuality, and commitment throughout the training and placement process.
• 9. Cooperate with HR, Training, and department supervisors to ensure a smooth placement into the most suitable function.
• 10. Apply the learning gained during training to support future performance in the assigned department.

Qualifications :

• 1. UAE National.
• 2. High school diploma, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 3. Fresh graduates or early-career candidates are welcome.
• 4. Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
• 5. Willingness to learn and work across different departments.
• 6. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• 7. Positive attitude, commitment, and ability to follow training schedules.
• 8. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a professional corporate environment.
