Job Title: Associate – Retail Risk Operations and Card Production
Responsible for card issuance, maintenance, personalization, fulfilment, and delivery. Ensures smooth day-to-day card operations in line with approved SOPs and SLAs, while supporting card projects, UAT, new product launches, and change implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate card personalization and PIN printing machines to ensure accurate and timely card personalization.
- Perform card fulfilment, packaging, dispatch, and delivery processing for debit and credit card products.
- Maintain daily embossing reports, reconciliation records, and production documentation.
- Prepare and use the correct job setups, card plastics, and customer letters for card personalization and renewals.
- Monitor machine consumables (foils, ribbons, plastics, etc.) and maintain stock availability as per operational requirements.
- Shred used consumables and damaged cards/plastics, ensuring proper record maintenance and compliance with security procedures.
- Perform vault, production, and inventory reconciliations, including embossed-versus-processed card verification.
- Ensure timely processing of standard and VIP card requests in line with approved TATs and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with IT, Operations, vendors, and other support teams for issue resolution, UAT activities, and machine support.
- Report operational issues promptly and perform other duties assigned by the line manager or department head.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in card operations, card personalization, or a related banking operations role.
Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent
Skills Required:
- Intermediate understanding of printer maintenance & troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
