Our goal is to serve our customers in finding the perfect items for their own children/grandchildren or a gift for someone else in a friendly and helpful manner. The store also provides in-house monogramming services for items purchased in-store or brought in by customers. Nestled in a bustling shopping center with established retailers, our boutique is a cherished destination for families seeking unique and high-quality products for babies and children.

Preferred work schedule would be 4-5 days a week, with 2 Saturdays a month, but schedule can be flexible.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Germantown, TN, for an Associate Sales Manager. The Associate Sales Manager will oversee daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, manage inventory, lead and train staff, and assist with merchandising. In this role, the candidate will also help with the shipments of website sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive shopping experience and build customer relationships
• Experience in retail operations preferred, but not required
• Leadership skills to train and oversee staff effectively
• Attention to detail in regards to inventory management and store appearance
• Proficiency in using sales and point-of-sale systems is a plus
• A passion for children, retail, and delivering a high-quality shopping experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail management is a benefit

Job Responsibillities

• Greet customers and be available to help them if any questions arise
• Quickly and effectively use the computer and cash register
• Fit shoes on children (training provided)
• Gift wrapping (training provided)
• Fill in daily sales from the stockroom onto the floor
• Facilitate the orderly appearance and cleanliness of the store
• Correctly receiving inventory - hanging, steaming, and tagging products
• Filling and shipping online orders (requires attention to detail)
