Job Title: Associate - Senior PMO Coordination
We are looking for an Associate - Senior PMO Coordination to support project governance, coordination, reporting, and administrative activities across multiple projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive project governance, coordination, reporting, and administrative support across multiple projects and programs.
- Working closely with Project Managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure projects are executed in accordance with established methodologies, governance frameworks, and organizational standards.
- Monitoring project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, resource utilization, and project performance metrics.
- Ensuring the timely preparation of reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Serving as a central point of coordination, facilitating communication among stakeholders, tracking project activities, supporting decision-making processes, and driving compliance with PMO procedures.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain accurate project documentation
- Ability to provide proactive support to ensure successful project delivery and operational effectiveness
Languages:
Proficiency in Arabic language is mandatory.
