Attorney - Immigration Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney - Immigration Specialist to join our growing law firm in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Immigration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients seeking immigration services, including assistance with obtaining biometric passports. This is a great opportunity for an Indian national with excellent English language skills to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. Responsibilities Provide sound legal advice to clients regarding immigration laws and regulations Conduct thorough research on immigration cases and prepare necessary documentation Represent clients in court or immigration proceedings Assist clients with obtaining biometric passports Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and policies Maintain accurate records and documentation of all cases Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university At least 5 years of experience working as an Attorney, preferably with a focus on immigration law Excellent knowledge of Qatar's immigration laws and regulations Familiarity with biometric passport procedures is preferred Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Fluency in English is a must; fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus We offer competitive salary packages, opportunities for growth within the firm, and a supportive work environment.
