About the Role Sargent Law Firm is hiring a personal injury attorney for our Oceanside office. You'll carry a caseload of roughly 70–120 active files, depending on experience and case phase, at a time, from pre-litigation through resolution: building claims, negotiating with carriers, and litigating when a case needs to be filed. Our attorneys work about 40 hours a week, and compensation is tied to the cases you resolve.

- A reasonable schedule. Roughly 40-hour weeks, with cases staffed so the workload is manageable.
- Dedicated support staff. Paralegals and case managers are assigned to your cases.
