We are seeking a motivated and ambitious UAE National to join our Internal Audit team as an Audit Trainee. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in auditing, risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance within a leading financial services environment. The successful candidate will receive structured training, mentorship, and exposure to a variety of business functions while developing the skills required for a successful career in Internal Audit.
Key Responsibilities
- Support audit engagements by assisting in the planning, execution, and documentation of audit reviews across various business units.
- Review processes, controls, and operational activities to identify risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and validating information through interviews, data reviews, and testing procedures.
- Prepare audit working papers, reports, and presentations in accordance with internal audit standards and methodologies.
- Collaborate with audit team members and business stakeholders to track audit findings and support follow-up activities.
Skills & Experience
- UAE National with a Family Book.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
