Job Description
- Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable rental vehicles based on their preferences, budget, and intended use.
- Explain rental pricing, vehicle availability, booking procedures, contract conditions, and other relevant requirements in a clear and professional manner.
- Manage customer reservations and ensure all bookings are recorded accurately and handled within the required timeframe.
- Prepare and process rental and leasing agreements, explaining insurance coverage, available options, and applicable terms to customers.
- Coordinate with fleet management and operations staff to ensure vehicles are inspected, properly prepared, and ready for collection or delivery as scheduled.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customers, vehicle availability, reservations, payments, and rental documentation within the company system.
- Contribute to sales and business growth by promoting rental services, identifying potential opportunities, and recommending suitable solutions to customers.
- Contact customers after their rental period to gather feedback, resolve outstanding issues, improve service quality, and encourage repeat business.
Job Details Experience
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities, supported by a helpful, positive, and professional attitude.
- Previous experience in vehicle rentals, car sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role would be an advantage.
- A target-driven approach with the ability to promote services, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to business objectives.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints calmly and find practical solutions.
- Commitment to maintaining high service standards, building customer trust, and ensuring a positive rental experience.
