Monitor and maintain automation equipment used in steel production and processing operations. Diagnose electrical, instrumentation, and control-system faults and implement corrective actions. Develop and modify PLC programs, control logic, and HMI/SCADA applications when required. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of automation systems and field instruments. Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and production teams to ensure smooth plant operations. Analyze system alarms, process data, and equipment performance to improve reliability and productivity. Ensure automation systems comply with technical specifications, safety procedures, and company standards.
