We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding vehicle concerns, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle reception to delivery. Key Responsibilities
Receive customers and understand their vehicle concerns Prepare repair estimates and explain required services Coordinate with workshop technicians and monitor repair progress Communicate with customers regarding repair updates and approvals Prepare job cards, invoices and service documentation Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional relationships Promote additional services when required Requirements
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to prepare estimates and explain technical issues to customers Experience with European, German, or luxury vehicles is an advantage English communication is required; Arabic is an advantage Valid Qatar residency and transferable visa preferred Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, essential for test drives and vehicle handling Demonstrates 1-2 years of experience in an automotive service environment, showcasing a basic understanding of the industry Exhibits a strong customer service background, with proven ability to interact with customers professionally and empathetically What We Offer
