Our Client is Qatar’s authorized dealer for Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge Sales and Service. Peugeot, Ford, Lincoln Sales and Service have below requirement for automobiles, dealership experience. (Automotive Technical Manager)
Responsibilities
Analyze various product problems and prepare technical feedback report to the Principal
Manage vehicle diagnosis and maintaining work procedure for workshop technicians/electricians and ensure timely completion of jobs as per quality and standard laid down in the workshop manuals
Manage and control day to day production activities to ensure that vehicle repair and delivery are met within agreed timescales
Assist in maintaining of work procedures for workshop technicians/mechanics
Ensure timely completion of job as per the quality standards laid down in the workshop manual and ensure manufacturer Service Process is properly following in every case
Assist the technicians while performing complex diagnosis procedures
Facilitate, supervise and coordinate the delivery of all physical resources required for the smooth operation of the workshop and allocate the technicians accordingly
Coordinate with Service/Workshop Manager for the workshop activities to ensure the maximum utilization of resources and manpower in the repair and service of vehicles
Respond to customer’s queries and concerns and escalated when necessary and ensure that corrective action is taken on priority basis
Qualifications
Engineering Graduate
Training & certificates – dealer standards
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in an automobile field with at least 5 years experience in a managerial capacity
Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic is plus
Arabic – Native / Mother Tongue
English – Very Good
