AX Transformation Intern
About the Role
HSAD USA's AX Transformation Office is leading how we use AI and data to change the way we work and serve our clients. We're looking for a curious, motivated intern to help us track marketing trends, monitor our AX dashboards, and support our strategy work. It's a good fit for someone who wants hands-on exposure to AI-driven marketing and business strategy.
What You'll Do
- Trend sensing: Follow marketing, advertising, and AI/tech trends, and share short summaries with the team.
- Dashboard monitoring: Review our AX dashboards regularly, spot notable changes or patterns, and flag insights.
- Strategy support: Help with research, data gathering, and slide materials for strategy projects and internal reports.
- Team support: Take on ad-hoc tasks and help coordinate across teams when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program (Marketing, Business, Data/Analytics, or a related field)
- Strong interest in marketing, AI, and digital transformation
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Curious, organized, and proactive
Nice to Have
- Experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Hands-on use of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude)
- Korean language skills
