About Cytomate Cytomate Solutions and Services is a Qatar-based cybersecurity company providing cybersecurity products, security validation, offensive security, GRC, professional services, and emerging AI security solutions to organizations across Qatar and the GCC. We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded B2 B Marketing Specialist to join our team and report directly to the Director of Business Development. The role will work closely with Business Development, Sales, Presales, Product, and Technical teams to strengthen Cytomate’s market presence, generate demand, support customer engagement, and communicate our solutions effectively to enterprise and government customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2 B marketing campaigns aligned with business development and sales objectives.
• Work directly with the Director of Business Development to support lead generation, account engagement, market positioning, and growth initiatives.
• Support the Sales and Business Development teams with campaigns, customer communications, presentations, marketing materials, and account-based marketing activities.
• Manage Cytomate's online presence and corporate social media content.
• Develop marketing content including posts, brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters, email campaigns, and customer-facing materials.
• Support the marketing and positioning of Cytomate's cybersecurity products and professional services.
• Coordinate webinars, conferences, exhibitions, customer events, workshops, and partner activities.
• Develop campaigns around cybersecurity trends, customer challenges, new solutions, and industry developments.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and prospect communications.
• Support account-based marketing activities for key customers and target accounts.
• Work with partners, MSSPs, and resellers on joint marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and improve website marketing content and coordinate updates when required.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, lead generation, and marketing KPIs.
• Conduct competitor, market, and customer research to identify opportunities.
• Support the preparation of company profiles, capability statements, proposals, and sales collateral.
• Maintain a structured marketing calendar covering campaigns, content, events, product launches, and industry occasions.
• Ensure consistent Cytomate branding and messaging across all marketing materials.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Approximately 3–6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2 B technology, cybersecurity, IT, consulting, or professional services.
• Strong understanding of B2 B marketing and enterprise customer engagement.
• Experience with Linked In marketing, digital campaigns, email marketing, and content development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create clear and professional business content.
• Experience supporting sales teams with campaigns, presentations, events, and marketing collateral.
• Good understanding of lead generation and the B2 B sales funnel.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working directly with senior management and commercial teams.
• Good command of English.
• Arabic speaking is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage.
• Cybersecurity or technology-sector experience is a significant advantage.

Compensation

QAR 8,000 – 11,000 per month, depending on experience and capabilities.
