The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction within the Tyre Battery Lubricant industry. The role focuses on building strong relationships with wholesalers, dealers, and fleet customers, meeting sales targets, and monitoring market trends. Success in this position requires expertise in value-based selling and effective coordination with the after-sales team to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tyre wholesalers, dealers, and fleet customers.
- Identify and acquire new institutional and fleet customers for Truck and Bus radial (TBR) tyres.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for tyres and related products.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers and fleet customers in line with approved credit terms.
- Monitor market prices, competitor activities, customer demand, and ongoing trends.
- Ensure professional representation of the company and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Coordinate with the After-Sales Service Team to address and resolve tyre warranty claims and customer disputes.
- Prepare regular sales reports, visit reports, and maintain customer documentation for management.
- Present value-based solutions for fleet customers utilizing strong knowledge of CPK (Cost Per Kilometer) based selling.

What Qualifies You For The Role

- Strong knowledge of CPK (Cost Per Kilometer) based selling.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
