Role Description The Business Consultant will provide advisory services to entrepreneurs and businesses seeking to establish or grow their presence within Creative City Fujairah – Media Free Zone. In this full-time, on-site role located in Fujairah, the consultant will evaluate client business plans, recommend suitable licensing and setup solutions, and guide clients through regulatory and administrative processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting feasibility analyses, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal departments and authorities, and ensuring timely completion of client requests. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of free zone policies, market trends, and business regulations, as well as delivering clear, professional communication to clients in person, by phone, and in writing. The Business Consultant is expected to contribute to continuous improvement of services and support business development initiatives within the free zone.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess business models, interpret data, and evaluate feasibility and risk.
• Candidates should possess solid Consulting and Management Consulting skills to design solutions, advise clients, and optimize business structures and processes.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, authorities, and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to understand budgets, cost structures, and basic financial projections.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in consulting or finance are an advantage.
• Experience in business consulting, free zone operations, or company formation in the UAE is highly beneficial.
• Strong client service orientation, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic CRM or client management systems; fluency in English required, additional languages such as Arabic are an asset.
