Back Office Executive

Responsibilities:

• Backend support for telecom/FTTH operations

• Update service orders activations and fault closures

• Coordinate with field teams and NOC

• Maintain records reports and system data

• Support inventory and documentation

Requirements:

• 13 years back office experience (telecom preferred)

• Good MS Excel and email skills

• Basic telecom/FTTH knowledge
