Baker at a Bakery in Ar-Ruwais, Pakistan We are in need of a skilled and experienced Baker to join our bakery located in the bustling city of Ar-Ruwais, Pakistan. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This position is suitable for men who are passionate about baking and have a strong work ethic. Responsibilities: Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes Bake breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods Decorate and present finished products Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed Ensure quality control by inspecting ingredients and finished products Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen Order supplies as needed Train new bakers or assistants Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a Baker or similar role Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods Ability to read and follow recipes accurately Strong attention to detail Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) Excellent time management skills Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Urdu is a plus) Pakistani nationality preferred but not required Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.
