We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at a popular bakery in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts using traditional and modern techniques. This is a contract position that offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month. Requirements
Must be Malayalee with a valid Qatar ID Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a bakery or similar setting Strong knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines Excellent time management skills Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately Ability to work well in a team environment Responsibilities
Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to recipes Shape dough into various forms such as loaves, rolls, or pastries Bake items in ovens or other heating equipment Decorate cakes and pastries with designs made from icing or other toppings Monitor oven temperatures and adjust controls as needed Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking to join our team at a fast-paced bakery.
