Baker - Indian Cuisine We are in search of an experienced Baker, preferably of Indian nationality, to join our team at a popular restaurant in Al-Khor. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating delicious and authentic Indian baked goods such as naan, roti, and samosas. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing doughs, batters, and fillings according to traditional recipes, as well as monitoring oven temperatures and ensuring proper baking times. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with inventory management. This is a full-time position with a salary starting at 1300$ per month.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a Baker in an Indian restaurant or bakery
Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and recipes
Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen environment while maintaining quality standards
Good communication skills in English
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if needed
Preferred Skills:
Certification or diploma in Baking or Culinary Arts
Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies
Knowledge of food safety regulations
