A reputable bank in Al-Khor is seeking a skilled Bank Teller to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in the banking industry. As a Bank Teller you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing information to customers and promoting bank products and services.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.
Responsibilities
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on bank products and services
- Promote and cross-sell bank products to customers
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Ensure compliance with all banking policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in finance or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bank Teller or similar role in the banking industry
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
- Knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software programs
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
