Bank Teller for Indian Nationals in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Indian national to join our bank as a Bank Teller in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting our clients with various banking transactions. Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the bank and assist them with their banking needs
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
- Educate customers on various banking products and services
- Resolve any customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
Requirements
- Must be an Indian national residing in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional training in finance or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a bank teller or in customer service is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
