Bank Teller (Malayalee/Egyptian) in Al-Rayyan, Qatar We are seeking experienced and customer-oriented Bank Tellers to join our team at a reputable bank in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and handling various financial transactions efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor and assist them with their banking needs
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately
Promote bank products and services to customers and provide explanations as needed
Handle currency exchanges and ensure that all cash amounts balance at the end of each shift
Maintain knowledge of bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Assist customers with account inquiries, including balance checks, transaction history, and account openings/closures
Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner while maintaining a positive attitude
Qualifications
Must be fluent in English (proficiency in Malayalam/Arabic is preferred for Malayalee/Egyptian candidates)
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in customer service is highly desirable
Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail required
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
