Bankruptcy Paralegal (Remote)

A South Florida consumer bankruptcy practice is hiring multiple paralegals to prepare Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings. This is a high-volume production role focused on preparing cases. A separate team gathers and organizes client documents before files are assigned.

What you’ll do

• Prepare schedules, statements, means tests, and amendments.
• Work through assigned consumer bankruptcy files with speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate with attorneys when information needs clarification.

What we’re looking for

• Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filing experience is required.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to manage a fast pace.
• Candidates with related paralegal experience who can learn quickly will also be considered.
• Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole is a plus.
