Banquet Kitchen Prep Specialist (Commis III)

The Ritz-Carlton Doha is seeking a non-management Kitchen/Line Cook to prepare ingredients, portion, and cook according to recipes and standards. You will operate ovens, stoves, and fryers, and ensure food quality and safety throughout service.

This full-time role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and maintain the Gold Standards of Service that define our luxury hospitality. Education: high school diploma or GED preferred.
