Barista

Summary

We are looking for a skilled Barista to join our team and help us in providing excellent service to our customers. The Barista will prepare and serve coffee drinks, handle customer orders, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Responsibility

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, such as espresso, cappuccino, and latte, according to customer preferences
• Take customer orders accurately and provide exceptional customer service
• Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation and serving areas
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Process payments from customers and operate the cash register

Candidate Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role
• Knowledge of coffee beans, roasting methods, and coffee preparation techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer requests and feedback in a professional manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
