Allsopp & Allsopp is a leading real estate company in Dubai, with over 500 employees from across the UK and beyond. We have a busy, social office environment and are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join our team.
The Role
We are looking for an In-House Barista to prepare great coffee, provide excellent service and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our employees and visitors.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work and can keep up in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages.
- Provide friendly and professional service to employees and visitors.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well stocked coffee station.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
- Keep the coffee area presentable throughout the day.
- Assist with general hospitality duties when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.
- Friendly, approachable and professional attitude.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
