Barista

Responsibilities:

• As a Barista/Waiter at our Coffee shop, you will play a dual role in enhancing our customers’ dining experience.
• Taking Orders: Interact with customers to understand their preferences and take accurate orders for coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Beverage Preparation: Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, espresso, protein shakes, fresh juices and specialty drinks.
• Food and Beverage Service: Serve orders promptly and ensure that customers receive their desired sandwiches, providing a seamless transition between the barista and waiter duties.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, offering recommendations, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Cash Handling: Handle transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash register.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Contribute to the cleanliness and tidiness of the coffee preparation, service area, and dining space, ensuring a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Qualifications:

• Barista Skills: Experience in preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, protein shakes, fresh juices and specialty drinks.
• Waiter Skills: Ability to take orders, serve coffee and sandwiches, and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
• Customer-Centric Attitude: A friendly and patient demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in both barista and waiter capacities.
• Multi-Tasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to the unique atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista and waiter is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in the English language.
• Must be well presented and professionally groomed at all times.
• Good customer service skills; good problem resolution skills.
• Adequate F&B product knowledge.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum 2-years’ experience in fast paced coffee driven concept ( Coffee shop, Lobby Lounge)
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

AED 2,500.00 – AED 3,500.00 per month as per the experience.
