We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee delivers exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Barista you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee tea and specialty beverages according to company standards.
Operate espresso machines grinders and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly professional service.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar equipment and dining areas.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and replenishment.
Follow food safety hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
Ensure beverages are prepared consistently with excellent presentation and quality.
Assist in opening and closing duties including equipment setup and cleaning.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Requirements

Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Barista in a café restaurant or hospitality environment.
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques espresso extraction milk steaming and latte art is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Flexibility to work shifts weekends and public holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads when required.
Passion for specialty coffee and café culture.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Team player with a proactive and reliable work ethic.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Willing to work with shifting schedules.
