Barista - Al-Khor, Qatar We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a passion for coffee, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions or concerns they may have Operate coffee making equipment including espresso machines, grinders, and blenders Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Up-sell additional products such as pastries or snacks to customers Requirements: Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred Knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques is required Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Must be fluent in English Benefits: Competitive salary of 1400$ per month Free visa provided by the company Free roundtrip ticket from Pakistan to Qatar Opportunity for growth within the company This position does not include accommodation.
