We are looking for a friendly and skilled Barista to join our café team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have good beverage preparation skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to deliver high-quality drinks to customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages
- Operate coffee machines and maintain beverage quality standards
- Take customer orders and provide friendly service
- Prepare drinks according to café recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the café counter and equipment
- Refill ingredients, cups, and other supplies as required
- Handle customer requests professionally
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and café procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista, Café Staff, or Beverage Specialist is preferred
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
