Barista - Coffee Shop (Al-Khor, Qatar) We are in need of a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages while providing excellent customer service to our valued patrons. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner Take customer orders and prepare drinks according to their specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee machines and equipment Assist with stocking and restocking supplies as needed Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Ensure all drinks are prepared to company standards and delivered promptly to customers Engage with customers in a positive manner, answering any questions they may have about our products or services Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times Requirements Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required Knowledge of different coffee drinks and brewing techniques is an advantage Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills, both verbal and written Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
