Barista- Coffee Shop Staff (Malayalee/Egyptian) Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, smoothies, and teas Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the preparation of ingredients and equipment Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality products are consistently served Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Requirements Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry preferred Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art, and coffee beans from around the world Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail A friendly attitude with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Salary and Benefits We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus tips.
