Our café in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team as a Coffee Specialist. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting the perfect cup of coffee for our customers, while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes Ensure consistent quality by following proper brewing techniques and recipe guidelines Educate customers on different types of coffee beans and brewing methods Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area Provide friendly and efficient customer service Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Restock supplies as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Good communication skills (English not required) Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be physically able to stand for long periods of timeSalary: $1700 per month
Location: Ar-Ruwais, UAE
