Role Description

This is a full-time Barista role based on-site in Abu Dhabi. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, assisting in food preparation, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining cleanliness and organization, managing inventory, and supporting team members to deliver an outstanding customer dining experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista skills and experience with coffee and beverage preparation
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively
• Basic knowledge and skill in Food Preparation
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills with a positive attitude and ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
