Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including espresso drinks, coffee, teas, smoothies etc. Follow established recipes for coffee drinks and food items. Operate cash register efficiently and accurately in order to process customer orders. Maintain a clean work area by wiping counter surfaces, sanitizing equipment, stocking cups and plates etc. Ensure that all customers receive excellent service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging customers promptly etc. Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent certificate is preferred; some college education is a plus. Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role in the food service industry is necessary; foreign experience is welcome. Working knowledge of espresso machines, grinders etc is required. Good communication skills (English or Arabic) is mandatory; additional languages are beneficial.
