Our coffee shop in Doha is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team As a Barista you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffees and beverages to our customers while maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and has previous experience as a Barista
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee tea and smoothies
- Ensure the quality of drinks by following recipes and using proper techniques
- Operate espresso machines grinders blenders and other equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of the caf including the prep area dining area and restrooms
- Assist with stocking ingredients and supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English Malayalam is a plus
- Previous experience as a Barista or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Familiarity with espresso machines grinders blenders etc
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates
- Accommodation provided if needed
Salary
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position
