Position Summary Millennium Hotel Al Barsha is recruiting an energetic Barista / Waitress for its Food & Beverage team in Dubai. The role covers beverage preparation, front-of-house table service, customer order processing, guest relations management, and supporting daily operations in a high-volume hotel café or restaurant setting.
Primary Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee varieties, specialized beverages, and menu items in accordance with brand quality standards.
- Welcome dining guests, process orders accurately, and manage front-of-house customer service delivery.
- Maintain clean, organized, and hygienic workstations, counter setups, and service areas.
- Address guest inquiries and requests efficiently to elevate overall guest satisfaction.
- Assist the broader F&B operational team with daily opening, service, and closing procedures while upholding health and safety standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education & Background: Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field preferred; prior experience as a Barista or Waitress in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in espresso machine operation, coffee brewing techniques, table service standards, and food hygiene compliance.
- Core Skills: Guest relations, team collaboration, active communication, and performance capability in fast-paced environments.
