Engage with guests to recommend drinks and promote signature cocktails.
Ensure the bar area is clean well-stocked and organized at all times.
Follow hygiene safety and HACCP protocols consistently.
Assist with inventory control and daily stock checks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and outlet success.
Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently.
Minimum 12 years of experience as a bartender in a luxury or high-volume environment.
Diploma or certification in Hospitality Bartending or Mixology.
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails spirits and bar techniques.
Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
High level of personal presentation and professionalism.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Flexible energetic and able to work outdoors and under pressure.
